This Bean to Bar Chocolate is handmade in Cornwall.
New for 2024 the Spruce Shoots bar is a 70% dark Chocolate rich with brown fruits, citrus and herbal notes with an almost minty finish.
Locally foraged spruce shoots are ground then added to cocoa butter which is then added to the dark chocolate using beans sourced from the Seram Islands in Indonesia.
All in all a wonderful winters day treat.
